BSc Biology, University of Southampton. Previously at the University of Zürich.

I’m a biology undergraduate at the University of Southampton, with a strong academic foundation in the biological sciences, and I’m moving towards food science and research.

Before Southampton I studied at the University of Zürich. I have also developed learning resources independently and supported students through tailored online tutoring, which has given me experience in explaining complex topics clearly.

I want to apply that scientific grounding in practice: in food science, in the gut microbiome, and in research more broadly. The tools on this site are part of that. They are my way of reading the literature properly and showing my working, and my blog on Substack is where I write up the papers behind them.
